Accessible information policy

This policy sets out the Trust’s standards for the information we provide to people who use Trust services, their carers, and other representatives. The policy aims to ensure all people who need to use the Trust’s services have equal access to information. This includes people with specific communication and information support needs as defined under the NHS England Accessible Information Standard (AIS).
