Partnerships
The Trust works and connects with both Integrated Care Systems (ICS) in South Yorkshire and West Yorkshire. We also work with integrated partnerships to develop shared approaches and good working practices.
The Trust connects with volunteer community partners to ensure we reach every corner of the communities we serve.
