Project outline
Walk Rugby is touch rugby played at walking pace, it’s easy to play and requires no prior knowledge or experience. It is accessible to all ages, levels of skill and fitness and both sexes. It is an opportunity for you to increase your activity levels, lift your mood and meet others seeking to improve their overall health.
