Come and join our health awareness day this Learning Disabilities Awareness Week
Come and meet a range of health professionals who can advise you how to stay healthy and improve your physical and mental wellbeing.
There will be Information stalls all day, where you can meet the community learning disability team and the Barnsley hospital learning disability and autism acute liaison nurse.
10am – 11am – Sensory gardening (occupational therapy)
11am – 12pm – Health café (community nurses)
12pm – 1pm – Specialist physiotherapy session
1pm – 2pm – Keeping our lungs healthy (respiratory physiotherapy)
