We are all different and no two people will react the same way to a situation. This is the same when we have lost someone we care for.
Some of us won’t mention anything about our loss and will not cry at the funeral. Others find the heavy demands of looking after a family or working may mean that there just isn’t the time to grieve.

We hope the advice in this guide can give you some help on how to cope with bereavement.
