The Civil Contingencies Act 2004 (CCA) and associated regulations and guidance that came into force on 14 November 2005, form the legal background that requires South West Yorkshire Partnership Foundation Trust (SWYPFT) to produce and maintain comprehensive Business Impact Assessments (BIA) and continuity arrangements.
This policy provides instruction and guidance on how the Trust can comply with the CCA.
