Single Point of Access

If you would like to access mental health services provided by the Trust in Calderdale, Kirklees or Wakefield please use the Single Point of Access contact numbers to do so.

Access is a major component of the modern NHS. Patients must be able to access healthcare quickly, effectively and safely. Single Point of Access ensures patients are quickly directed to the most appropriate service at the start of their journey.
