Working in partnership
The Trust works and connects with both Integrated Care System (ICS) South Yorkshire and West Yorkshire and Harrogate. We also partner with Thriving Kirklees where we continue to work together to develop integrated approaches and share good working practices.
The Trust connects with volunteer community partners to ensure we reach every corner of the communities we serve.
