This policy is to ensure a safe and secure environment as far as reasonably practicable in the workplace, and to promote the health and safety of staff, service users, visitors or others.
This policy document, whilst primarily designed to ensure the safety of staff working in the Trust, also provides for how situations are dealt with in a way that minimises the risk to users and visitors
