Using telehealth equipment gave Alan confidence to monitor his condition

A heart attack and pneumonia took Alan to hospital and he now lives with heart failure and the anxiety this caused. Since he has had telehealth equipment he has the confidence to monitor his condition. Alan is reassured that the care navigators will contact him if there are any problems and he now sees his heart nurse and doctor much less.
